The Ornatus Receiver Set is precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and distinguished by a fully integrated ornamental scrollwork design inspired by the master engravings found on classic sporting arms. Rather than treating engraving as an afterthought, every surface was designed from the outset to create a seamless canvas for intricate relief patterns that flow naturally across both the upper and lower receiver. This isn't just a surface marking; our engravings have real depth you can feel, or color fill if you desire.
Each receiver set is machined to exacting tolerances and engineered for compatibility with standard AR-15 components while presenting a visual character rarely seen in modern sporting rifles. The result is a receiver set that bridges two worlds: contemporary CNC manufacturing and the timeless artistry of traditional firearms craftsmanship.
Our vapor honed finish reveals the natural beauty of aluminum, imparting a refined satin luster that offers a striking alternative to traditional black anodizing. Elegant in its original form, the surface can also be brought to a brilliant, mirror-like shine with ordinary aluminum polish, allowing you to tailor its appearance to your personal taste.

Whether displayed as a collector's piece, built into a one-of-a-kind rifle, or finished to your own specifications, the Ornatus receiver set stands apart from conventional receivers through its attention to detail and unmistakable aesthetic presence.
