New Hampshire Arsenal is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: All orders of serialized parts require FFL verification, meaning we have to contact the FFL and ensure they will receive and process the 4473 transfer for you. This can add delays if we are unable to reach them. Other than that, orders of regularly stocked items typically ship within two (2) business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Items engraved on demand can take up to two weeks. If an item is backordered or preoder, we will indicate this on the product page.

Shipping Destinations: Due to some retarded state level restrictions, we do not ship to the following states: Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Washington, or the District of Columbia. If you live in one of these states, you should move somewhere better. Ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure that any item ordered is legal to possess in your jurisdiction.

FFL Transfers: Firearms and other items requiring shipment to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder will be shipped only to a licensed FFL dealer in your state. During checkout, you will be able to select your preferred local FFL from our dealer network.

FFL Verification: Before shipping any FFL-required item, we will contact the selected dealer to verify that they are willing and able to receive the transfer. Orders requiring an FFL transfer will ship once this verification has been completed. Generally we only have to do this once; subsequent orders to a previously verified FFL will ship automatically without the wait. We strongly recommend contacting your preferred FFL before placing your order to ensure they accept web orders from third parties and will handle the 4473 transfer for you.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Complete with all included accessories, documentation, and components

Returns will not be accepted if:

The original packaging has been discarded.

The item has been installed, assembled, or used in any build.

The item shows signs of use, damage, or modification.
- You scratched the shit out of it because you suck at building AR's. Tape is cheap. Use lots of it to mask things off before hammering down pins.
Return Shipping

If an FFL-required item was shipped to a receiving FFL and was never transferred to or picked up by you, New Hampshire Arsenal will provide a return shipping label to the receiving FFL. You will be charged for this label.

In all other circumstances, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To request an RMA, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions, an RMA number, and the appropriate return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed in processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Everything we send out is inspected prior to shipment; we take photos of every order we pack and know for a fact it left without any damage. Don't try to return an item that "came with a scratch" because we know it didn't, and that damage is on you / your receiving FFL. If you've damaged your Ornatus receiver, we may be able to repair it (for a fee) so contact us at the email above and include photos and we'll let you know if it's something we can help you with.
